Business Excellence Diagnostic Tool
This diagnostic tool is based on the overall business excellence standard which has seven categories; Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Processes, Customers and Results.
This diagnostic tool will allow you to compare your performance in the seven categories against your industry, private sector, public sector and national benchmarks.
You will also receive a report via e-mail that will describe your performance and highlight the excellence indicators in each category.
You would first need to complete the
